We are looking for a Continuous Improvement Specialist to join our team in Hagerstown, MD.
As the CI Specialist, you will help advance the Hagerstown plant along its zero-loss journey. You will report to the Continuous Improvement Manager and partner with the Continuous Skill Development (CSD) pillar team by overseeing training plans, driving process optimization projects, and execution of action plans promoting a culture of operational excellence.

Compensation:
Pay Range:$62,000-$91,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employees actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
