Job Description

The Business Analyst works with the domestic contract administration team by processing and documenting contracts and assisting in the transition of new contracts and modifications. Prior experience working with contracts is preferred. Bachelor's graduates in the fields of Business, Economics, Administration and related fields are strongly encouraged to apply.

Primary Responsibilities

The specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Written analysis and interpretation of current data and contracts
  • Creation and modification of key internal documents
  • Process security service requests from Clients
  • Review and evaluate changes in service, work scope, and contract extensions and prepare any related communication needed with the client
  • Prepare periodic contract review documents
  • Prepare budgets for clients
  • Serve as an interface to communicate changes with internal staff regarding contract issues
  • Establish and maintain positive relations with internal clients recommending innovative yet practical solutions to contract issues
  • Prepare payroll and billing instructions throughout the contract lifecycle
  • Provide support in any other areas of government or commercial reporting
  • Assist with onboarding subcontractors, preparing agreement and invoice instructions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in the fields of Business, Economics, Administration, or related fields or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Strong quantitative skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • A strong sense of urgency and meeting deadlines
  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel and Word skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Self-starter who can work independently as well as part of a team
  • SalesForce and/or CRM experience is required.
