Contract Administrator - Space Coast Credit Union : Job Details

Draft, Review, and Negotiate Contracts: Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure compliance with Credit Union policies and legal and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with legal teams and Management to negotiate contract terms and conditions. Contract Management: Maintain and update contract records and databases. Monitor contract performance and compliance, ensuring all parties adhere to terms and deadlines. Develop and implement contract management policies and procedures. Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify potential risks in contract terms and propose mitigating solutions. Analyze contract clauses and suggest improvements to reduce risks and liabilities. Analyze the likelihood and potential impact of identified risks and prioritize them accordingly.
