The Contracting Department performs services for Benecard Services, LLC and National Vision Administrators, LLC.Benecard Services, LLC., is a full service prescription benefit administrator that includes mail and specialty drug dispensing. We specialize in delivering tailored benefit programs to private and public sector organizations. National Vision Administrators, LLC., is a vision benefit administrator which serves employers in both the private and public sectors and union welfare funds as well as MCOs, third party administrators and health care purchasing coalitions.The Contract Coordinator is responsible for preparation and finalization of Agreements and Policy Documents. Essential skills for this role are excellent command of verbal and written English and a strong attention to detail.Duties and Responsibilities:Contract Preparation: Gathering data from New Set-Up department emails & AS400 to complete Policy Documents, Contracts, and modifying templates as needed.Contract Administration: respond to questions and requests for modifications from clients/brokers and account managers; manage and follow up on required signatures of policy documents and contracts.Proofreading: review and edit all issued documents for accurate use of grammar and content.Collaborate with Contracting Specialist with daily monitoring and distribution of documentation from Contracting inbox.Collaborate with Contracting Specialist with data entry and update of Vision, Prescription and Broker tracking tools.Assist Sr. Contracting Manager on Audit requests for Vision and Prescription.Maintain good relationships with new or existing brokers.Collaborate with Broker Relations Appointment Specialist on the process of appointments, updating licenses and managing the Broker Inbox.Ensure broker appointments are complete in a timely manner by doing weekly follow ups.Answering broker questions, helping brokers with appointment documentation, and ensuring communication between brokers and internal teams.Assist with Pay to Play and RFP requests from clients.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications:High School diploma or GED Certificate, Associate or Bachelor's Degree.Ability to identify, analyze, and suggest solutions for problems, customer/brokers complaints and/or requests.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to multitask on several projects simultaneously.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent organizational skills, attention to detail.Featured BenefitsCompetitive salaryPotential to earn $1,000 sign-on bonusVacation and Sick/Personal TimeMedical InsuranceHearing Program DiscountShort- & Long-Term Disability InsuranceLife InsuranceFlexible Spending Account401(k)Employee Referral ProgramEmployee RecognitionTuition ReimbursementProfessional Development TrainingAbout Benecard Services our affiliated companies:Benecard Services, LLCBenecard Services, LLC has been administering carve-out, fixed rate insured prescription drug benefit programs since 1990.
