Job DescriptionOur client is adding a Contract Manager in the Seneca SC area and is a direct hire role. This position is primarily in the office, with around 25% travel. As the Contract Manager you will be leading the department in Service Contract initiatives to improve client retention through service agreement analysis, continuous improvement, proposals, and collaboration with service team members, clients, and internal stakeholders. Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or other related field
• Experience in packaging, food processing or related industries is preferred - 5+ years
• Experience in lieu of degree needed - 5+ years in project management and or customer facing role. Financial understanding required.
• Working knowledge of industry standards and regulations, restrictions, laws, etc.
• Monitoring projects and Service Team - for best outcomes for clients, company, and project
• Proficient in strategies and analysis such as SWOT, PDCA, A3s, Kaizen, LEAN, ERP, programs and methods
• Experience in using data to solve problems, and manage and track budget
• Able to visit client sites
• Able to travel 25% of the time, some weekends, to client sites to work with challenges and bring solutions
