Our client, a global manufacturer in Bucks County, PA is looking to hire a Contract Recruiter. In this role, you will provide full life cycle recruitment support and continuously improves process to identify, select and hire top talent. Leads recruitment searches with hiring managers, ensuring consistent and equitable administration of internal job posting process. Develops innovative sourcing strategies to meet the needs of today's talent acquisition efforts, while proactively building a talent pipeline to meet future needs of the business. Maintains recruitment databases, satisfaction surveys, key recruitment measures, Employee Referral Programs, and requisition tracking system. Supports diversity initiatives and EEO goals in US.
This position is hybrid – Onsite Tuesday/Wednesdays in HQ.
Responsibilities:
- Engages and consults with business leaders to define talent acquisition strategies and align activities in response.
- Conducts Recruitment Intake Meetings to develop job profiles that accurately describe selection requirements based on business models and competitive environment.
- Source and identify candidates for assigned positions; conducts in-depth interviews of potential candidates.
- Manage interview and selection process, partnering with hiring managers and line interviewers to define interview strategy and frame offer packages.
- Builds and maintains network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management, networking generation programs, community/professional events, cold calling, etc.
- Defines, develops and continually improves methods used to source talent, including but not limited to, multiple channels to identify passive candidates, Trade shows, Job Fairs, Open Houses, College recruiting, etc.
- Maintains alliances with recruitment agencies, colleges and minority associations to actively source diversity candidates.
- Participates in special projects/recruiting initiatives including assessment of best practices in sourcing and interviewing techniques and leveraging internal sources of talent.
- Tracks supporting performance measurements that ensures accountability for the recruiting function. Utilizing Candidate Tracking, Reporting and Internal Systems for reporting, gathering data, tracking results and metrics, i.e., Time to Fill, Cost Per Hire, in order to achieve department/company recruiting goals.
- Administers Employee Referral, visa, and relocation programs
- Maintains HR database of best sourcing resources, prescreen questions, phone interview questions, Competencies, Behavior hiring Tools/Candidate evaluation tools.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of progressive, full life cycle recruiting experience, with concentration in advanced sourcing techniques for technical/professional/management level positions.
- Bachelor's degree required
- Highly adept at building competitive market intelligence, as well as a proven track record of cost-effective candidate sourcing using multiple strategies as appropriate (internal sourcing capabilities, direct sourcing, networking, professional organizations, referrals, etc.)
- Demonstrated success displaying exceptional project management skills, with the ability to define project objectives & deliver high-quality service on time.
- Effective verbal/written communication skills, with the ability to articulate recruiting effectiveness to key stakeholders on an ongoing basis
- Experience working with HR colleagues & business leaders in a variety of different HR initiatives
- Ability to multi-task and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment are a must.
- Flexibility and resiliency to meet the changing demands of an organization required.
