The ideal candidate has demonstrated success in recruiting licensed/credentialed therapists and PMHNP with a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or HR for a behavioral health organization. If you have demonstrated knowledge and success in this field, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, are organized and detail-oriented, with strong research skills, and a heart for helping to make a difference in the lives of people, we'd love to talk with you! Your Responsibilities:
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for open positions
  • Utilize various recruiting tools and resources to identify and attract candidates
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and the HR team to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruiting process
  • Manage candidate communications and follow-up throughout the hiring process
  • Provide regular updates and reports on the status of open requisitions
  • Stay current with industry best practices and trends
  • Monitor and report on crucial recruitment metrics
  • Source candidates through various channels and conducting initial screenings
What You Need:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, or a related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in recruiting in the behavioral health field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of recruiting and sourcing strategies
  • Comfortable using technology and tools such as applicant tracking systems, databases, and social media to manage the recruiting process
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects
  • Attention to detail and meeting deadlines
  • Ability to provide a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers
  • Possess an understanding of employment laws and compliance requirements
