📍 Location: Houston, TX

🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7 AM–4 PM

Are you ready to step into a pivotal role ensuring compliance, efficiency, and successful execution of capital and maintenance projects? We're seeking a Contract Conformance Specialist (CCS) to manage day-to-day conformance responsibilities for executed contractual arrangements, with projects ranging up to $400M annually.

What You'll Do

As a CCS, you'll:

✅ Manage documentation and communication to ensure contractor obligations are met.

✅ Support contract development, negotiation, and execution.

✅ Facilitate contract-related training and communication plans for teams and third parties.

✅ Monitor contractor compliance, handle change orders, and manage invoicing processes.

✅ Provide critical support for contract close-outs, audits, and compliance reviews.

✅ Collaborate with legal, project management, construction, procurement, and other teams.

What We're Looking For

🔹 Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, legal, technical, or business discipline with 4+ years of experience, OR

🔹 Associate's degree with 7–10 years of experience in contract administration, legal, or construction projects (preferably in the gas pipeline industry).

🔹 Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

🔹 Familiarity with best management practices for contracting and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
