  • Hunt for Talent: Source, screen, and recruit exceptional candidates across power electronics, manufacturing, and technical engineering fields.
  • Get Creative: Use advanced sourcing techniques-Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, and more-to unearth the right candidates.
  • Dive Deep: Conduct detailed phone screens and interviews, evaluating technical skills, experience, and cultural fit to ensure they're the right match.
  • Collaborate with Leaders: Partner closely with hiring managers to craft targeted recruitment strategies and create job postings that stand out.
  • Own the Process: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting and outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding.
What You Need:
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of five years in recruiting and at least three years in sourcing.
  • Industry Knowledge: Proven experience recruiting within the manufacturing/electronics sector, with expertise in roles like mechanical, electrical, systems, test, quality, and R&D engineering.
  • Tool Proficiency: Skilled with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, and sourcing platform.
  • People Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring teams alike.
  • Multitasking Guru: Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
