Summary:

This position supports the NGL, Refined Products and Butane Blending business lines. The position involves working as an integral part of the team which processes contractual documents and performs system entry. This position has a Houston based in office work schedule.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Collaborate across the business lines to ensure processes are followed and needs are met.

* Look for opportunities to move forward utilizing best practices.

* Draft contracts and/or confirmations as they relate to the business.

* Set-up contracts and related data in the Entero, Right aNGLe, IS Oil, and SAP systems.

* Confirm marketing deals and review 3rd party paper.

* Utilize File Net for document retention.

* Communicate with business lines about contractual issues and deadlines affecting them.

* Review filed tariffs to ensure contractual needs are met then enter pricing into systems.

* Meet SOX and other governmental requirements as established for this position.

* Cross train and provide back up for other team members.

* Special projects as required, and any additional duties as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. The requirements for this position are listed below:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.

* Expertise to anticipate and problem-solve independently.

* Be a fast learner able to quickly grasp new concepts and embrace taking on new tasks.

* Strong Microsoft Office skills, and broad-based system data setup knowledge.

* Strong computer, organization, analytical, and research skills.

* Skill to quickly establish then review both documents and system setups for accuracy.

* Flexibility to change gears and re-prioritize tasks to meet multiple deadlines across business lines.

* Ability to think proactively, multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision.

* Ability to work successfully in an open floor plan environment.

* Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with various groups internally and externally.

* Ability to keep projects moving forward while ensuring daily tasks are completed.

* Ability to collaborate with team members productively.

Required experience is commensurate with the selected job level:

* The Specialist/Analyst level requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 2-5 years of relevant job related experience

* The Senior Specialist/Analyst level requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 5-8 years of relevant job related experience

* The Lead Specialist/Analyst level requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 8+ years of relevant job related experience

Preferred Qualifications:

* Knowledge of the Entero, Right aNGLe, IS Oil or SAP systems a plus.

* Knowledge of the energy process from wellhead to burner tip.

* Minimum of four years of related industry experience.

* Prior NGL and/or Refined Products contract administration experience.

Working Conditions:

The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.

* Usually, normal office working conditions.

* Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time due to prolonged periods of sitting or standing.

* Occasional overnight travel may be required.

* Occasional visits to industrial/manufacturing settings, which may include exposure to various materials and chemicals, as well as extreme temperature conditions and loud machinery, and require appropriate personal protective equipment.
