As a Contracts Administrator at CTI, you will be responsible for managing the contract lifecycle from pre-award to post-award. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure compliance with contract requirements, manage subcontract relationships, and provide support in the negotiation and administration of contracts. This is a crucial role in our organization, contributing to the successful execution of projects and maintaining strong client relationships. Responsibilities to include but are not limited to:
  • Perform contract administration, procurement, and pricing functions during the pre-award, award, and post-award phases.
  • Drafting subcontracts, task orders, change orders, purchase orders, correspondence, and contract modifications.
  • Perform contract negotiation, contract file maintenance, close-out, and interaction with multiple program managers and external customers.
  • Lead efforts monitoring and forecasting funding requirements on each contract and subcontract.
  • Support pricing proposals and required documentation for prime contract and subcontract bids.
  • Responsible for ensuring legal compliance with all contracts, RFPs, and other solicitations and compliance with FAR and DFAR.
  • Prepare reports to satisfy company policies and government contractual mandates, including monthly and quarterly activity reports (deliverables and/or services rendered), funding execution and projections to include labor and other direct costs, and interim progress review reports.
  • Communicate with the Sr. Contracts Manager on important contract information.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with the program and project management team members.
  • Provide direct support to the Senior Contracts Manager.
This position is onsite and is located in California, Maryland. Requirements Necessary Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field or a minimum of five years of related experience.
  • Minimum three years of contract experience or equivalent.
  • Experience working in cradle-to-grave government contract and subcontract administration.
  • Knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation (DFAR).
  • The ability to obtain a U.S. government security clearance post-start date. U.S. Citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
  • Familiarization with federal business financial information, including rates, cost implications, budgeting, and planning.
  • Problem solving, quick thinking, decision making, and ability to meet short deadlines.
  • Ability to work individually as well as a member of a team.
  • Expert level proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite of applications.
  • US citizenship is required
  • Ability to travel
