Overview:CAES Missions Systems, Lancaster PA is seeking a Contracts Manager. Join a dynamic team and play a major role in strategizing, negotiating, and managing contracts of all types! This position offers a motivated individual the chance to work side by side with a high performing multi-functional team. You will be an integral contributor providing strategic and tactical recommendations and counsel on all contractual related matters.
The successful candidate must have a proven history of working independently as well as part of an integrated team. In this role, you will showcase your business acumen on a daily basis while you advise peers and superiors on all contractual matters from proposal through closeout. This person must have superior knowledge of the FAR, DFARS, and applicable federal laws and regulations with a specific focus on Truthful Cost or Pricing Data Act (formerly the Truth in Negotiations Act TINA). You will be relied upon for sound advice relative to IP protection and data rights assertions. Effective verbal and written communication skills are essential to this role. You will communicate with internal and external stakeholders at varying levels

Salary Range min/max: Contracts Administrator IV ($96,376 $144,564) and Contracts Administrator V ($110,832 $166,248). Applicable pay within the posted range may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographical location, job function of the position, education, and experience of the successful candidate.
