Control Room Leader / Production Supervisor - Location: Odessa, TX Plant - GCC : Job Details

This position is located at GCC's cement manufacturing plant in Odessa, TX. Relocation assistance available.Experience and abilities you will need:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must have experience working as a shift supervisor or control room leader at a cement manufacturing plant to be considered.
• Will need to be able to cover PTO as needed.
• Will need to be able to work on 12 hour rotating shift.
• Associates or technical degree (2 years) desired.
• Strong working knowledge of Safety/MSHA.
• Team leadership skills.
