We are seeking a skilled Control Technician with extensive experience in Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) and Distributed Control Systems (DCS). The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of control systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and commission PLC and DCS systems in accordance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Diagnose and resolve issues with control systems, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient operation.
• Perform routine maintenance on control systems and related equipment, implementing upgrades and modifications as necessary.
• Develop and modify control logic and programs for PLCs and DCS to meet operational needs and enhance system performance.
• Maintain accurate records of system configurations, maintenance activities, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Work closely with engineering and operations teams to identify and implement process improvements and efficiency enhancements.
• Provide technical support and training to operators and other personnel on control system operation and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering Technology, Control Systems, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in control systems, with strong expertise in PLC and DCS applications.
• Proficiency in programming and troubleshooting PLCs (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens) and DCS systems (e.g., Honeywell, Emerson).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical personnel.
• Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical issues.
