Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform Maintenance Level 1-3 duties and responsibilities.
  • 2+ years of technical training and 7+ years' experience or equivalent.
  • Exceptional decision making and leadership skills.
  • Detection, documentation, reporting and resolving complex equipment issues.
  • Specific skills include mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, machining, welding and electrical.
  • Performing advanced troubleshooting, work with general supervision and may provide work training to less experienced maintenance staff.
  • Use of the PLC to troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues on equipment.
  • Ability to read ladder logic off a PLC
Position Requirements
  • Verbal and written communication in English.
  • Certified Forklift Driver.
  • Pass placement test (Level 4).
  • Understanding of press operation.
  • Understanding of quality requirement and of ISO 9001:2015 procedures.
  • Able to read and understand blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions.
  • Knowledge of company policies, shop, and safety rules.
  • HVAC and refrigerant systems a plus.
  • As required, ability to perform repetitive standing, walking, climbing, bending, kneeling, and lift cumbersome and or heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.)
  • 5-12-24-48 VAC & VDC control circuits
  • 120-208-240-277-480 VAC Single and Three Phase Electric
  • PLC Reading and Writing Programs - Capable of writing/assigning I/O's
  • Our Machines use: Allen Bradley, Siemens, Direct Soft, Click and Beckhoff PLC's
  • Motor, Servo Motor, Encoders, VFD, Servo Drives and Feeder systems
  • Building Maintenance - 120v 240v 277v 480v Single & 3 Phase
  • Conduit Installation, Sealtite, tracing and testing. Infrared Testing. Electrical PM's.
  • Hydraulic and Pneumatic Schematic reading and troubleshooting.
  • All types of sensors, scanners, and basic IT networking for equipment communication.
  • CNC Programing and Code Programing for older equipment.
  • Ability to use a tablet to access MMS for work orders
