Position Overview:

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Controller to join our

dynamic team. As the Controller, you will oversee all financial aspects of our operations,

ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, effective budget management, and adherence to

regulatory requirements. You will play a pivotal role in providing financial insights and guidance

to senior management, supporting our company's growth objectives and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial

statements in accordance with GAAP, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process and prepare financial

forecasts, monitoring variances and providing strategic recommendations.

Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flow and liquidity to optimize working capital,

including monitoring banking activities and investments.

Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including profitability,

performance metrics, and cost analysis to support decision-making.

Internal Controls: Develop and implement internal control policies and procedures to

safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Audit and Compliance: Coordinate and manage the annual audit process, liaising with

external auditors and ensuring timely completion of audit requirements.

Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor the accounting team, fostering a culture of

accountability, professional development, and high performance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA designation preferred.

Proven experience as a Controller or similar role within the financial services industry,

preferably in real estate lending or fintech.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including financial reporting

and regulatory compliance.

Experience with financial management software and ERP systems; proficiency in Excel

and financial modeling.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

Effective communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information in

a clear and concise manner.

Leadership abilities with a track record of managing and developing a team.
