Job Details

• Provide leadership and support to the accounting team and inventory coordinator, fostering an environment of trust and productivity.
• Act as a key management team member, utilizing in-depth knowledge of the business model to collaborate with other departments and drive collective progress.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives within the finance department and contribute to strategic projects across the organization.
• Ensure internal controls, compliance, and accuracy in accounting operations and inventory management.
• Enhance payroll and accounting operations efficiency through innovative process improvements and development.
• Prepare and analyze financial performance reports, providing variance explanations.
• Evaluate current and future operations to identify opportunities for revenue improvement and expense reduction.
• Manage monthly and annual closing processes, including balance sheet account reconciliations.
• Maintain the standard costing system and ensure inventory accuracy and proper valuation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
• 4 years or more of experience as a controller in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and staff development abilities.
• Preferred experience with ICSI Infor (Syteline) / Factory Track
