Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Controller to join our hardworking team. You will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of our company including real estate funds and joint ventures. You will partner with internal and external teams to ensure the accurate and timely reporting of financial information. • Prepare and analyze financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
• Oversee the financial planning and budgeting process, including forecasting, variance analysis, and risk assessment
• Manage all aspects of the audit process, including coordination with external auditors and preparation of audit reports

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA certification required
• At least 7 years of experience in financial reporting and analysis, with a strong knowledge of GAAP and regulatory requirements
