Job DetailsResponsibilities:

• Manage the accounts payable department
• Weekly check runs
• Prepare and submit certified payroll reports
• Review and analyze project costs, ensuring they are accurate and within budget
• Prepare monthly financial statements and reports for project managers and senior management
• Work closely CFO to ensure all monthly and quarterly tax reports are filed
• Assist with audits and provide support as needed
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions
• Ensure compliance with all accounting standards and regulations
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in project accounting in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of Sage, Procore, AIA billing, cost reporting, and certified payroll
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• CPA or CMA certification preferred
