Overseeing all financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.2. Managing and coordinating all fiscal reporting activities, including revenue/expense analysis, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.3. Implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures.4. Developing and managing financial analysis tools and reporting systems.5. Preparing and presenting budget, revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices, and other accounting documents.6. Analyzing and reviewing financial data and preparing monthly and annual reports.7. Ensuring timely and accurate month-end and year-end close process.8. Assisting in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.9. Coordinating and driving the annual budgeting and forecasting process.10. Managing cash flow and forecasting, directing all financial, project-based, and departmental accounting.11. Coordinating and liaising with external auditors and managing internal controls.12. Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions.Qualifications:The ideal candidate for this position should possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA certification is a must
• Knowledge of US GAAP
• NetSuite experience
