The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial and accounting activities of the organization. This role is crucial in supporting the company's strategic objectives and requires a professional with a strong background in GAAP, IFRS, CAPEX, Technical Accounting, External Audit, Big 4, CPA, Financial Reporting, and Cost Accounting. Oversee and manage all general ledger activity, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting and compliance with all applicable regulations.2. Develop and maintain financial accounting systems for cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit control, and petty cash.3. Monitor and control the flow of cash receipts and disbursements to meet the company's business and investment needs.4. Review and analyze monthly financial results and provide recommendations to senior management.5. Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures.6. Prepare all supporting information for the annual audit with approved external auditors.7. Ensure transactions are conducted in accordance with federal and state regulations.8. Develop and control a centralized accounting system to ensure that accounts are effectively managed.9. Oversee the management and coordination of all fiscal reporting activities, including revenue/expense and balance sheet reports.10. Implement operational best practices and drive initiatives for process improvement in finance and accounting.11. Provide strategic financial planning and guidance to senior management.Qualifications:1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. A Master's degree or CPA designation would be considered an asset.2. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a senior-level finance or accounting position, preferably within the Manufacturing industry.3. Knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, CAPEX, Technical Accounting, External Audit, Big 4, CPA, Financial Reporting, and Cost Accounting.4. In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and general management best practices.5. An analytical mind with a strategic ability.6. Excellent organizational and leadership skills.7. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.8. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly with Excel, and experience with accounting software.9. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage well through ambiguity and complexity.10.
