• Oversee all accounting and financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes, financial reporting, and reconciliations
• Optimize accounting procedures within CDK to improve efficiency
• Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets
• Collaborate with department heads to drive profitability and operational success
• Handle cash flow management, budgeting, and forecasting
• Ensure compliance with all tax regulations, audits, and dealership financial policies
• Lead and mentor an accounting team to achieve peak performance

✅ Bachelor's degree in Accounting (or related field)✅ 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in an automotive dealership✅ Proficiency in CDK - you know it inside and out!✅ Strong leadership and problem-solving skills✅ Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and organizational abilities✅ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
