Job DetailsPosition Summary: The Controller, reporting to the CFO, will manage the accounting for our restaurant and corporate operations. This includes financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance.Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Oversee general ledger and month-end close
• Manage quarterly and yearly close & audits
• Spearhead budget control and budget vs. forecast analysis
• Monitor individual restaurant P&Ls month over month
• Implement and maintain internal processes and controls
• Manage general ledger, AP, and Payroll operations
• Coach, mentor, and develop department staff
• Financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with federal regulations
• Work closely with tax advisors

Required Qualifications:

• Hospitality experience
• Restaurant365
• Bachelor's Degree
• Strong Excel skills
• 5+ years financial management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• CPA
• MBA
