Position Overview:
As a Financial Controller, you will oversee the financial operations of Power Products, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards. You will be responsible for preparing financial statements, managing budgets, and forecasting financial performance. Your role will include implementing and maintaining internal controls, managing cash flow, and providing strategic financial insights to support business decisions. You will lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. This position requires a strong background in accounting, excellent analytical skills, and proficiency in financial systems.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. A CPA or CMA certification is highly preferred.
At least 10 years of relevant work experience, with a significant portion in a leadership role within a publicly traded company.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
Public accounting experience
Experience in manufacturing and/or distribution industries

Occasional domestic travel
Hybrid work schedule
The anticipated pay range for this position is $115,700 - 185,900 annually. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
At Brunswick, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the salary range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidate's qualifications and the business context.
