Job DetailsJob Details:We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Permanent Controller for our rapidly growing healthcare organization. This is a unique opportunity to join a team of professionals committed to providing high-quality healthcare services. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial and accounting functions, including budgeting, financial reporting, and strategic planning. This position will report directly to the CFO and will play a key role in driving the financial success of our organization. The Permanent Controller will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with all financial regulations and standards.Responsibilities:1. Oversee all financial and accounting operations, including budgeting, financial reporting, and strategic planning.2. Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards, including those specific to the healthcare industry.3. Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies for the organization.4. Prepare and present financial reports to the board of directors, senior management, and other stakeholders.5. Supervise and mentor a team of financial professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.6. Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring the long-term financial stability of the organization.7. Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and achieve organizational goals.8. Stay up-to-date with developments in the healthcare industry and changes in financial regulations, ensuring that the organization's financial practices remain compliant and effective.Qualifications:1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. A Master's degree or equivalent professional certification (such as CPA) is preferred.2. Minimum of 5 years of financial management experience in the healthcare or hospital industry.3. Strong knowledge of healthcare financial regulations and standards.4. Proven experience in strategic planning and financial analysis.5. Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to mentor and develop a team.6. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.7. High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to ethical financial practices.8. Strong analytical skills, with a detail-oriented approach to financial management.9.
