What we ask Knowledge and Experience Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or similar field and at least 3 years of related work experience.

Vacancy description Accountabilities Business Partnering: Contribute to the development of the business strategy of the operating unit based on own expertise. Supply both requested and unrequested advice/analysis to improve the financial results.
Insights and analysis: Provide insights to management regarding investments, working capital, profitability and decisions with (strategic) financial implications, as well as ensuring analyses are per corporate guidelines. Drive scenario thinking and analysis for decision-making.
Planning and Controlling Cycle: Ensure preparation and monitoring of the budget, forecasts, insights, and advice relating to gaps between budget and realization. Maintain and improve standard cost pricing methodology and calculations.
Financial Reporting: Proactively monitors financial results and ensures input and output data quality and accuracy. Develops and maintains a system to correctly identify and book accruals. Defines, creates, and generates standardized report formats and definitions for weekly and monthly reporting of operational measurements/KPIs and goals.
Projects: Define, plan, and execute finance-related projects within project guidelines.
Internal Control: Analyse financial-related processes, identify and reduce potential financial risks within the organization and administrations, and develop processes and procedures to safeguard company assets and profitability.
