Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Controls Engineer to join our engineering team. This role is essential for designing, developing, and implementing control systems for various industrial and commercial applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in controls engineering, with a focus on PLC programming and HVAC systems.Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop control systems for industrial and commercial applications.
- Program and troubleshoot PLCs and other control devices.
- Collaborate with project managers and other engineers to ensure project requirements are met.
- Conduct testing and validation of control systems to ensure reliability and performance.
- Provide technical support and training to customers and maintenance personnel.
- Create and maintain documentation related to control systems and processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Controls Engineer or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of PLC programming and control systems.
- Experience with HVAC systems is a plus.
- Familiarity with industrial automation and control panel design.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
