Controls Lead Worker - East Carolina University : Job Details

Assists the shop supervisor in daily duties and, in the supervisors absence, performs some supervisory duties. Provides assignments and work orders for shop staff and tracks them as needed. Assists other shop staff with technical advice, acts as a crew leader as needed, and participates on interview committees for job candidates. This individual will independently respond to, investigate, and troubleshoot the most complex controls issues to include operation of central plants, building operation, and complex laboratory controls. This position will manage, operate, maintain, and repair various building automation systems (BAS) from the equipment level to the central server. This includes configuration, commissioning, data archiving, monitoring, tuning, calibration, reporting, manipulation, programming, maintenance, problem diagnosis, and component repair or replacement.
