Conversation Designer - 100% Remote - Millennium Group : Job Details

Conversation Designer Job Description:Independently leads requirements gathering activities.Consults with Business partners to understand current and future business needs requiring the Virtual Assistant.Designs, tests, and implements conversational VA designs using Voiceflow / visio / Figma and AWS Lex, user experience principles, conversational design.Identifies and troubleshoots application issues. Required:5 years experience in a conversation design role 3 years experience AWS Lex designKnowledge of Virtual Assistant platforms, applications and standardsExperience with Natural Language understanding and how it impacts conversational flows.Knowledge of design concepts, standards and guidelines to align with user needs and expectations.Experience using design tools (VoiceFlow, Figma, or visio).Experience with Agile/SCRUM development methodologyAbility to iterate and improve conversational flows based on user feedback and best practices.Ability to incorporate brand voice into the conversational designs Tools Required AWS Lex.
