*General Objective of this Position: *This position is responsible to operate the Converting Machines to ensure that production standards and quality standards are being met.Specific Functions of this Position:Package completed materialPERFORMANCE MEASURES:Make boxes in a sufficient quantity to handle produced materialsProperly box completed material to avoid damageCheck materials to ensure quality specifications are being metTag or identify productsStack skids with productMove skids and shrink wrap productComplete appropriate paperworkPERFORMANCE MEASURES:Ensure paperwork is accurate and fully completedWorkplace SafetyPERFORMANCE MEASURES:Adhere to safety standards and participate in safety-related activitiesReport workplace accidents immediatelyAttendancePERFORMANCE MEASURES:Report to work as scheduled or use appropriate call-in procedures for obtaining approval for time offOther Responsibilities:Sweep floorsAbility to read a rulerMaintain a clean working environmentPerform other related duties as requiredEducation:High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)Experience:No experience or training-OTJ provided
