Cooks' primary duties are:
- Batter (chicken and seafood), fries and monitors holding times of chicken, seafood, fries, and any other fried products. Turns and pulls product past holding time.
- Stock sandwich area, prepare and package sandwiches.
- Bake and dress biscuits.
- Heat inserts of prepared products for the front line.
- Assist in filling and packaging orders.
- Monitor and correct cleanliness of the restaurant.
Cooks are responsible for exhibiting a friendly, enthusiastic attitude while performing job assignments, showing a caring attitude for guests and fellow crew members, and maintaining the company's operational quality and cleanliness standards.
