COOK, Full time (Grill, LINE & SHORT ORDER) 3-5 years experience required - RAPID STAFFING : Job Details

We are hiring an experienced, mature Cook with 3-5 years of recent working experience Grill, Line and Short order cooking. This is a full-time position that requires reliable transportation and a neat appearance. The candidate must be able to work rotating weekends and either shift on the schedule, with hours from 6am to 2:30pm and/or 11am to 8:30pm. The ideal candidate is someone who takes their passion for cooking seriously and is trusted to work unsupervised while delivering quality results. • Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and menu specifications
• Ensure food quality and presentation meet the establishment's standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and cooking stations
• Monitor food stock levels and assist with inventory management
• Follow health and safety regulations in food preparation and handling
• Assist with menu planning and development of new recipes
• Communicate effectively with other kitchen staff and front-of-house personnel
• Contribute to menu planning and recipe development
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Ensure quality of food and presentation meets company standards
• Prepare and cook food to order in a fast-paced kitchen environment
