We are hiring an experienced, mature Cook with 3-5 years of recent working experience Grill, Line and Short order cooking. This is a full-time position that requires reliable transportation and a neat appearance. The candidate must be able to work rotating weekends and either shift on the schedule, with hours from 6am to 2:30pm and/or 11am to 8:30pm. The ideal candidate is someone who takes their passion for cooking seriously and is trusted to work unsupervised while delivering quality results. - Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and menu specifications
- Ensure food quality and presentation meet the establishment's standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and cooking stations
- Monitor food stock levels and assist with inventory management
- Follow health and safety regulations in food preparation and handling
- Assist with menu planning and development of new recipes
- Communicate effectively with other kitchen staff and front-of-house personnel
- Contribute to menu planning and recipe development
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Ensure quality of food and presentation meets company standards
- Prepare and cook food to order in a fast-paced kitchen environment
