Follow instructions and established procedures to perform helper duties. Education and Experience Must have experience working with fresh dough products. Must have the ability to read, write, do simple math, use calculator, food thermometer and follow instructions. Pan variety of simple meats, convenience foods, open cans, frozen foods. Assist on serving lines as needed. Take food to serving lines and replenish as needed. Store and date food items. Serve customers. Fill out appropriate paper work for computerized Food Service Production System (CSI) including service records and food production sheets. Proper storage of food items, cold vs. hot, raw vs. cooked. Observe safety and health regulations and maintain highest standards of sanitation.
