Cook- prepares pizza dough and toppings according to recipes and customer orders. Prepares hoagies and wedgies according to recipes and customer orders. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Take customer orders and ensure that they are prepared to their specifications. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure that all meals are prepared and served on time.Requirements: Prior experience is preferred but not required. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail. Organizing and stocking ingredients and supplies. Using a high-heat oven and fryer. Must be able to work weekends.
