We offer the Following:Premium CompensationGreat Benefits PackageFun, Family-Like Team, and Atmosphere!Work in a Beautifully Remodeled OfficeProfessional Growth & StabilityInnovative Training ProgramsCovid 19 Vaccine: RequiredBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceDuties and Responsibilities:May include all or part of the following but not limited to:Review menu prior to preparation of food.Assist in planning regular and special diet menus in accordance with sanitary regulationsAssist in establishing food service production to assure that meals are prepared on timePrepare meals that are palatable and appetizing in appearancePrepare food in accordance with recipes and special dietsPrepare substitute foodsServe food in accordance with established portion control proceduresCoordinate dietary services with other departments as necessaryAssist in inventorying and storing in-coming food, supplies, etc. as necessaryEnsure that food and supplies for the next meal are readily availableMake sure that all food items are properly stored, covered and dated in all refrigerators in the kitchen, remove out dated food items in accordance to the policies & procedures of the department.Ensure that the kitchen is maintained in a clean and safe manner by assuring that necessary equipment are maintainedAssist maintain food storage areas in a clean and properly arranged manner at all timesReport all hazardous conditions/equipment to the FSD or designee.Must be able to lift up to 50 poundsQualifications & Requirements: High School/ GED1 year dietary experience in a hospital, skilled nursing care facility, or other related medical facility preferred but not required with experience in the following areas: Must be able to cook a variety of foods in large quantities.
