Cook Responsibilities •Prepare food inquantities according to the menu, recipe, and number of persons to be served •Comply with state,federal, and all other applicable health care, safety, and sanitation standards •Monitor and recordtemperatures in refrigerators and freezers •Inspect specialdietary restrictions of residents to assure that the correct diet is served toresidents •Process diet changesand new diets as received from Nursing Services •Ensure that food andsupplies for meals are readily available •Assist in inventoryingand storing in-coming food, supplies, etc. as necessary Cook Requirements •High school diploma orits equivalent •Knowledge of dietaryprocedures •COVID-19 Vaccination Preferred •At least one-yeardietary experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or anotherrelated medical facility What We Offer •Competitive pay scale •Generous employeereferral bonus •Weekly payroll •Medical and dentalcoverage •401k •Paid time off •CEU-eligible trainingprograms •Ongoing leadership andprofessional development training •Dedicated and localleadership support Apply today!
