St. Francis Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Laconia, NH, is a 51-bed skilled nursing facility offering both short and long-term care in a warm, supportive atmosphere. We Are Hiring:

• Full Time Cook
• Part Time Schedule: 4 shifts per week. 11:30am-7:30pm every other weekend
• Sign on Bonus $500

Cook Job Responsibilities:

• Menu Review: Review menus prior to food preparation.
• Diet Adjustments: Process diet changes and new diets as received from the nursing supervisor when necessary.
• Meal Preparation: Prepare and serve meals that are both palatable and visually appealing.
• Compliance: Prepare food in accordance with sanitary regulations and our established policies and procedures.

• HS diploma or GED preferred, or any combination of education, training and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position
• Must have knowledge of sanitary procedures
• Working every other weekend is a requirement
• Prior food service experience is required;
• ServSafe Certification is preferred.
