Rite of Passage Team is hiring Cooks at Falcon Ridge Ranch in Virgin, Utah✨Falcon Ridge Ranch is a residential treatment program that provides a safe, supportive and nurturing environment for vulnerable young women who are referred from juvenile courts and social service agencies both locally and across the country. The youth enter the program with a history of abuse, neglect, trauma, substance abuse, mental illness and violence. They graduate from Falcon Ridge Ranch as educated young women who have overcome challenges and have demonstrated making healthy choices for themselves and for their future.Pay: $18.00 per hour.Perks & Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision and company paid Life Insurance within 90 days, and 401k match of up to 6% after 1 year of employment, Paid Time Off that can be used as soon as it accrues and more! ROP-benefits-and-perks-2 ( you will do: Ensures that healthy and tasty food is prepared in accordance with all Federal, State, Local, and National School Lunch and Breakfast Program requirements. Performs duties in the prepping and cooking of food. Maintains the entire dining and preparation facility in a constant state of sanitary acceptance. This includes, but is not limited to, the kitchen, dining room, storage, outside areas, garbage area, garbage cans and all loading docks. Ensures that the working condition of all food preparation equipment is in good repair. Maintains a daily and monthly inventory log of all supplies, materials and equipment to ensure all items are accounted for.
