Broughton Hospital is currently accepting applications for a Cook. This position is primarily responsible for preparing and serving food within the Nutritional Services Department. Work schedule; 8-hour shift between 4:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. including rotating weekends and holidays; however, flexibility is required to meet training and educational requirements. Responsibilities Include:* Maintaining high standards of sanitation * Using recipes and production sheets to prepare and cook foods* Operating commercial food service equipment * Serving food trays for various diet orders Employees will work an 8-hour shift Monday through Friday between the hours of 4:30am - 7:30pm with rotating weekends and holidays.
