Peregrine Senior Living is seeking Full Time Cook - NO LATE NIGHTS

Available hours include days/weekends/holidays

Responsible for high quality food production and presentation, menu cycles, maintains a safe, sanitary and organized work environment, communicates purchasing needs and follows food guidelines set by department of health regulatory codes and company specifications, works closely with the Dining Services Director.

Job requirements include minimum 1 year of culinary experience in an institutional setting, ability to read and interpret documents (recipes, menus) in the English language, ability to lift a maximum of 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
