Responsibilities:

• Daily cleaning of food service equipment
• SNF experience is preferred

• May work in dishwashing or food service unit
• Perform food preparation tasks as assigned
• Assists in tray service, portioning and assembling of trays
• May transport carts to floors
• Responsible for sanitary handling of dishes, equipment and food
• Responsible for cleanliness of assigned area

• Other tasks as assigned by Dept Head
