Summer Season

• Rockport, Maine
• Bolton Landing, New York

Winter Season

• Key West, Florida
• Clearwater, Florida
• Naples, Florida
• Delray Beach, Florida
• Lido Beach, Florida
• Longboat Key, Florida

Responsibilities:

• Cook food over heat & prepare dishes in a restaurant in a sanitary & timely manner. Will cook on the line, prepare sauces & soups. Ensure freshness of food and ingredients by checking for quality, keeping track of old and new items, rotating stock, taking inventory & restock items as needed throughout shift. Ensure food is stored and cooked at correct temperature by regulating temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters. Assists with cleaning, sanitation and organizing of kitchen, walk-in coolers & all storage areas. Sets up, cleans & maintains station in time for service.
• Ability to learn & read new menus and follow recipes, portion controls & presentation specifications.

Qualifications:

• Weekends & Holidays are required.
• Minimum 1 month hotel/resort experience is required.
• Must be able to lift/carry 50 pounds, when necessary.
• May be required to work in hot/cold climates and/or outside.
