Coordinates and manages databases for all standardized policies and procedures. Assist Team Members with system access Assist candidates for employment through the on-line application and new hire process. Maintain current and terminated employee files and general record keeping. Assist with wardrobe. Performs other duties as assigned. EQUIPMENT/ TECHNICAL Computer and Printer Telephone and Facsimile Machine General office equipment WORK AREA Performs duties in a well-ventilated, well-lighted, temperature-controlled, office environment. Noise level can be disruptive. Occasional travel by car or plane. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Sitting 40% Standing 20% Bending/ Lifting 10% (up to 25 lbs.) Walking 30% EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS Bachelors Degree in Business or a related field.
