The Educational Coordinator, School of Nurse Anesthesia, is responsible for assisting the Director and Assistant Director in the operation of the school, helping to guarantee quality and complete clinical and didactic instruction which meets the standards of the AANA Council on Accreditation. The Educational Coordinator is responsible for helping the Director and Assistant Director to plan the didactic and clinical educational experiences to allow the graduation of competent and knowledgeable nurse anesthetists. The Educational Coordinator will assume the duties of the Assistant Director as needed. The Educational Coordinator will coordinate contracts and business agreements with clinical affiliates. Actively promotes a Lean work culture by performing team member duties to encourage consistent use of LEAN principles and processes, including continually seeking work process improvements.
