Essential Duties and Tasks

  • Provide quality technical and design output
  • Aid in the selection of appropriate plate and outsource partners by evaluating vendors for the best quality, price, and service, or make plate on-site.
  • Complete all projects on time and within
  • Keep up to date on the latest technological advances in the field of digital art and flexographic
  • Develop artwork that matches the capabilities of our flexographic
  • Develop the design of marketing images and materials meant to promote the organization's
  • Produce print, media, broadcast, digital, and e-commerce
  • Work on matters of promotional publications, presentations, advertisements, brochures, or other
  • Ensures that designs are on-brand and reflect the company's
  • All other duties as

Qualifications, Education and Experience

  • Associate degree in graphics, prepress or printing management preferred, or 2-4 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Understanding of the field's concepts and
  • Performs moderately complex tasks following established
  • Solid working knowledge of graphics processes and related
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point), Visio, Teams, and
  • Maintains strict confidentiality and protects privacy of confidential/sensitive
  • Exceptional time management and organization skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously establishing priorities to meet deadlines.
