We are seeking a highly organized, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented individual to join our High Performance Building Solutions (HPBS) team as a Passive House Coordinator in our NYC or CT office. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in advancing our mission to build sustainable, high-performance buildings. This position requires excellent attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. As the Passive House Coordinator, you will work closely with team directors and senior staff to organize projects, and ensure the team is running smoothly. Responsibilities will include assisting the HPBS team with 3D modeling and building takeoffs, in addition to performing various project coordination tasks. Since the HPBS team collaborates with other teams across the company, you will be engaged firm wide.
The annual salary range for this position is $65,000 -$75,000, based on a 40-hour work week. Final salary will depend on the candidate's skills and experience.
