Job Description :

We're looking for a creative and dynamic Social Media & Community Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for building meaningful connections across TikTok and Instagram, creating engaging content, developing social strategies, and fostering a strong online community. You'll also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer experience (CX) needs are met during peak seasons.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Social Media & Content Creation

  • Develop and execute social strategies across TikTok, Instagram, and other social channels as we grow, including posts, IG Stories, and TikTok trends.
  • Create on-brand, high-quality content that aligns with our voice and resonates with our audience.
  • Stay on top of social media trends and identify opportunities for creative growth.

Community Engagement

  • Respond to comments, direct messages, and interactions across TikTok, Instagram, and beyond to foster authentic engagement.
  • Monitor tagged content and identify user-generated content and creators for potential partnerships.
  • Address and resolve challenges or opportunities that arise in social comments and private messages.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Aggregate community feedback to share with marketing, product, and operations teams.
  • Work with marketing to align social voice with broader brand campaigns and CX communication.

Analytics & Insights

  • Track social performance and engagement metrics to refine strategies and drive growth.
  • Flag popular content, trends, and opportunities to internal teams for amplification.

Customer Experience Support

  • Assist with CX-related inquiries via social media channels and email during high-demand periods.
  • Provide product recommendations and educate customers about the brand's heritage and product benefits.

Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years in social media management (TikTok and Instagram experience required).
  • 1+ year in content creation, with a focus on video and trends.
  • Experience building and nurturing online communities.
  • Interest or experience in graphic design (Photoshop, Canva, etc.) is a plus
  • High attention to detail with a creative, collaborative, and proactive mindset.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok/IG trends and platform-specific best practices.
  • Customer-focused with excellent written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in social media analytics tools, Helpdesk services, and Shopify is a plus.
