Skillset / Experience:INSPYR Solutions is seeking a Customer Service Specialist for one of its clients located in Bluffdale, UT. The Solutions Center Rep will utilize their technical expertise and superior people skills to ensure a timely and customized customer-centric experience regarding all orders and technically related issues across various product lines. Employees are eligible for commission on consumer sales! Responsibilities for this role include: Provides technical support and guidance on products (training on products is provided). Ability to close consumer sales Manages customer inquiries regarding orders. Handles and resolves customer complaints. Researching required information using accessible resources Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken Initiate product replacement, tracking with delivery services and customer follow-up. Answer phone calls and emails professionally. Factory Store and Reception Desk backup Other duties as assigned. Job Qualifications: Strong organizational skills Problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively. Exceptional communication skills (oral and written) Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Outstanding customer service skills (friendly, courteous, and helpful) A High School Diploma or Equivalent, is required. More than 1 year of customer service and/or technical support experience in a sales support environment.
