About: An Am Law 100 firm is currently seeking a Corporate Associate to join their dynamic team in Boston. This firms' corporate attorneys advise clients on a wide variety of issues affecting commercial, financial and industrial enterprises, both publicly and privately owned. This is an excellent opportunity to cover every aspect of the private equity market and serve a range of clients including global commingled funds, independent sponsors, and family offices. Qualifications: Must have over three years of M&A and private equity transactional experience. Experience with acquisitions, divestitures, mergers and joint ventures, private equity funds and financial institutions. Graduated with a JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school. Must be admitted or eligible for admission in Massachusetts. Be willing to integrate into the firm's robust national corporate practice.
