About the Company:

This firm was started by an AmLaw alumni interested in running sophisticated deals in a smaller, collegial venue with excellent lifestyle. They are hiring because Mergers and Acquisitions work is booming, and it's important to the firm to keep hours reasonable for the attorneys.

The ideal candidate for this position will have deep corporate experience (specifically in M&A) and excellent client service skills. Work may also involve outside GC advising, PPMs, financing/loans, business transactions, etc.
